Head Start Playground and Facility Upgrades

Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, in line 1, by inserting after "projects" the following: "; provided, that not less than $30,000 be expended to Community Action Head Start to fund playground, kitchen, and storage facility upgrades at their Amherst site".
