Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0105, in line 11, by inserting after “poverty” the following: “; provided further that not less than $50,000 be allocated for Survival Centers Inc to support its food pantry program”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$31,700,001” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$31,750,001”.
