Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0105, in line 11, by inserting after “poverty” following: “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Amherst Mobile Market"; and in said item by striking out the figures “$31,700,001” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$31,750,001”.
