Renewable Energy in Affordable Housing

Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0107, in line 1, by inserting after "programs" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to the Amherst Affordable Housing Trust to be used to include photovoltaic and all-electric mechanical systems in the Ball Lane Community Homes affordable housing project for 30 households in North Amherst"; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$300,000".
