STI Testing

Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4516-1005, in line 5, by inserting after "laboratory" the following: "; provided further, that the state public health laboratory may continue to offer testing for sexually-transmitted infections without patient cost-sharing and use insurance reimbursements to support the operations of the laboratory"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$1,043,103" and inserting in place thereof the figures "2,543,103".
