Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7066-0000, in line 36, by inserting after “prevention” the following: "; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended by the Department of Higher Education to administer a grant program for 2 and 4 year public institutions of higher education to develop and disseminate open educational resources (OER) for students"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$2,672,123" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$3,172,123".
