Amendment #1478 to H3900

Refugee Mental Health Program

Ms. Howard of Lowell moves to amend the bill in item 4003-0122, by adding the following:- "provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended to expand the Refugee Health Promotion Program to offer additional behavioral health and wellness programming;” and in said item by striking out the figure "$1,036,957" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$1,336,957".
