Mr. Cassidy of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0012, by inserting after "care" the following: "wellness- based programs and"; and in said item by striking out the figures “$2,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$3,000,000"; and in said item by striking out the figures “$9,519,222” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$10,519,222”.
