Easthampton rail trail connection

Mr. Carey of Easthampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $165,000 shall be expended to the City of Easthampton to connect the Rail Trail to Cottage Street".
