South Hadley school van

Mr. Carey of Easthampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $60,000 shall be expended to the Town of South Hadley for costs associated with the purchase of a van to provide transportation for students".
