Wilmington Route 38 Traffic Safety Study

Mr. Robertson of Tewksbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1596-2406, by adding the following: "; provided further, that no less than $50,000 be expended to the Town of Wilmington for a traffic study at the intersection of Route 38 and Richmond Street".
