Ambulance Staffing Requirements for Nonemergent, Noncritical Care Transport Only

Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 50 the following section:

"SECTION 51. Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023 is hereby amended in line 899, by inserting after "ambulance; provided" the following: "for nonemergent, noncritical care transport only".
