Ambulance Transport Staffing

Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 50 the following section:

"SECTION x. Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023 is hereby amended in section 66 by adding at the end thereof the following: "This section shall apply only to interfacility transports which are non-emergent and do not require critical care".
