After-School and Out-of-School Grants

Mr. Williams of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9611, in the opening line, by inserting after “For grants to” the following “selected local, regional, and statewide non-profit entities, as selected by the department of elementary and secondary education, for subgrants and wraparound support to afterschool and out-of-school time (ASOST) programs” and striking the phrase “or subsidies for after-school and out-of-school programs”; and in said item by striking the figures “$10,577,018” and inserting in place thereof the figures “12,500,000”
