Development of Haggett's Pond Rail Trail in Andover

Ms. Nguyen of Andover moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026 by inserting after “improvements” the following: “; provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Town of Andover for the design, construction, and other costs of developing the Haggett’s Pond Rail Trail and associated community benefits"
