Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 5920-2025, in line 32, by inserting after the words, “traditional day services,” the following: "including DDS eligible MassHealth day habilitation participants who have not fully returned to services with provision of in-home, self-directed supports or other novel strategies;" and further amends said line item, in line 35, by inserting after the words, “and provided further that the department may transfer funds from this line item to 5911-2000 and 5920-3000; the following: "and provided further, that the commissioner shall notify the house and senate committees on ways and means not less than 30 days in advance of any such transfer;”
