Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend the bill section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after the word “projects” the words “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for an ADA accessible observation deck over the water at Long Pond Shores (formerly known as Camp Kiwanis in the Town of Tyngsborough”.
