Merrimac ADA Sidewalk Compliance

Ms. Shand of Newburyport moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by inserting after the word “programs” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $45,000 shall be expended for ADA compliance improvements for sidewalks between the Helen R. Donaghue School and Dr. Frederick N. Sweetsir School in the town of Merrimac”.
