Town of Colrain Infrastructure Improvements

Ms. Blais of Deerfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, in line 1, by inserting after "improvements" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the town of Colrain for infrastructure improvements".
