Cannabis Control Commission Public Awareness and Education

Mr. Soter of Bellingham moves to amend the bill in Section 2, by inserting after item 1070-0840, item 1070-0841, and the following language, “For the implementation of a public education and outreach campaign, including but not limited to: youth access and prevention messaging, expanded awareness of criminal record sealing and expungement, and related efforts to promote a safe and equitable marijuana industry…………………….$1,500,000”
