Parking & Multimodal Transportation Study

Ms. Shand of Newburyport moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1596-2402, by adding after the word “transportation” the following:- “provided further, that no less than $37,500 be expended for a ‘Parking and Multimodal Transportation Study’ for the city of Newburyport”.
