Mr. Ramos of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0107, by adding “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Springfield Housing Authority for Duggan Apartments.,”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$200,000”.
