Amendment #173 to H3900

Mr. Kushmerek of Fitchburg moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0107, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the NewVue Communities, Fitchburg CDC for the redevelopment and historic preservation of the former B.F. Brown School;” and further, by striking at the end the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures:- “$250,000”.
