Bellingham Library Sign

Mr. Soter of Bellingham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7000-9501, by inserting the following;- “Provided further that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the purpose of purchasing and installing an electronic sign for the Public Library in the town of Bellingham.”
