Mr. Chan of Quincy moves to amend the bill in section 2F, in item 1596-2418, by striking out the words “a program of higher education at a public community college” and inserting in place thereof the following:- either (a) a program of higher education at a public community college, or (b) an associate degree or certificate program at a municipal college.
