Blackstone Town Hall Safety Upgrades

Mr. Soter of Bellingham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0600, by inserting the following;- “Provided further that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the purpose of public safety upgrades at the town hall in the town of Blackstone.”
