Visiting Dental Hygiene mobile public health preventive and emergency care

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1112, by adding the following: "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 will be expended for Visiting Dental Hygiene to build capacity and expand service to the immigrant populations arriving in Massachusetts, to shelters, to substance misuse facilities, to teen parent programs and DCF group homes, and to elders particularly challenged by the lack of MassHealth insurance".
