Marshfield FACTS strategic plan to prevent substance abuse

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0206, by adding the following: "; provided further, that not less than $7,500 be expended to Marshfield FACTS: Marshfield's community coalition for substance abuse prevention for the purpose of creating a strategic plan to prevent substance abuse".
