Northern Bristol County Assistance Collaborative (NBCAC) low to middle-income Senior Housing

Mr. Hawkins of Attleboro moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-XXXX, by adding the following text: "provided further that no less than $60,000 shall be expended to Northern Bristol County Assistance Collaborative for the soft costs and legal fees associated with the build of innovative low-income to middle-income senior housing, with on-sight medical services, to address the emergent growth in the senior population being squeezed out of affordable housing due to fixed incomes, rising costs, and corporate purchases of manufactured communities."
