Billerica Historical Society capital improvements

Mr. Lombardo of Billerica moves to amend the bill in line item 1599-0026 by adding the following:- "provided further that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the Clara Sexton House structural and site repairs". This house was built circa 1668, work on a historic house of this age is of tremendous cost; this funding will help ensure the house is structurally sound and weatherproof.
