Amendment #230 to H3900

Billerica BMX Track capital expenses

Mr. Lombardo of Billerica moves to amend the bill in line item 1599-0026 by adding the following:- "and provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be expended for capital expenses and safety repairs to the track". Billerica's BMX track is 1 of only 4 BMX tracks in Massachusetts and is used by residents throughout the Commonwealth.
