W.E.B Dubois Saturday Year and Summer Academy

Mr. Williams of Springfield moves to amend the bill to the following new section X, in line xxxx-xxxx, by adding the following" Not Less than "$50,000" shall be expended to "The W.E.B Academy youth program.
