Willow Park Apartments Redevelopment Project

Mr. Owens of Watertown moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0107, in line 1, by inserting after “programs” the following:

“; provided further, that not less than $219,689 shall be expended to the Watertown Housing Authority to conduct financial modeling, concept planning, and an implementation plan for their redevelopment of Willow Park Apartments”; and in said item by striking out the figures "100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "319,689"
