Hugh Cargill Trust

Representatives Cataldo of Concord and Gentile of Sudbury move to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7004-0107, by adding at the end the following words: "provided further, that not less than $5,000 shall be expended to the Town of Concord for the Hugh Cargill Trust to provide short-term, emergency assistance to Concord residents in financial need.”
