Amendment #274 to H3900

Rachel's Table

Mr. Ashe of Longmeadow moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2511-0105, by adding the following: “and provided further that not less than $100,000 be expended to Rachel’s Table for transition costs of becoming their own non-profit, filling the hunger gap by delivering food to more than 53 organizations not served by the food bank.  Startup costs include but are not limited to website redesign, hiring of a project manager, moving/storage, IT Consultant”, and to further amend said item by striking out the figures “$31,700,001” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$31,800,001”.
