Amendment #289 to H3900

Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, Inc

Mr. Ashe of Longmeadow moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following: “and provided further that not less than $420,000 be expended to The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, Inc. for maintenance upgrades of four elevators, replacement of controller, MH3000 microprocessor part of the code update for Fire Service PH2 Stop switch and conversion, and interior/exterior energy efficiency improvements necessary for the operation of the facilities”, and to further amend said item by striking out the figures “$3,184,019” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$3,604,019.”
