Mr. Pignatelli of Lenox moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0100, in line 18, by inserting after "shellfish" the following: "provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for Greenagers, Inc. teen and young adult environmental programming;”
