Amendment #305 to H3900
High Demand Scholarships
Mr. Arciero of Westford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1596-2423, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-
“; provided further, that not less than $10,000,000 shall be transferred to the reserve established in item 1599-2041 of Chapter 102 of the Acts of 2021 for short-term workforce education and training programs at community colleges for high-demand industries that are not otherwise eligible for federal or state need-based financial aid.”
