Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9611, in line 40, by inserting after “districts” the following: “and provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to Youth Opportunities Unlimited to provide economically disadvantaged youth in New Bedford with access to high-quality afterschool and summer enrichment opportunities and STEAM-based experiences”.
