Amendment #318 to H3900

Relative to Energy Conservation

Mr. Puppolo of Springfield moves to amend the Bill by adding at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION X.   Section 335 of chapter 164 of the acts of 1997 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the words “installed prior to July 1, 1997”
