Mr. Gentile of Sudbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5911-1003, by inserting after “concept” the following: "provided further, not less than $1,400,000 shall be expended for Nashoba Learning Group, Inc. to compensate them for continuing to provide day services to individuals enrolled in their day habilitation program and community-based day services programs during the COVID-19 pandemic and current workforce crisis;
