Ms. Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7027-0019, in line 1, by inserting after “activities” the following: “;provided further, that not less than $600,000 be expended for the operation of the SMART and Eureka programs at the Framingham, Holyoke, Lowell, Lynn, Pittsfield, and Worcester chapters of Girls Inc”
