Reallocation of ARPA Funding

Mr. Soter of Bellingham moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:- “SECTION XX. Section 1. Chapter 102 of the Acts of 2021 are hereby amended in section 2A, in line item 7010-0015, by striking out the words "provided further, that not less than $45,000 shall be expended for upgrades to an outdoor patio area for classes to be held at the Millville elementary school in the town of Millville" and inserting in place thereof the words "provided further, that not less than $45,000 shall be expended for safety upgrades for the Blackstone-Millville Regional School District.’”
