Amendment #375 to H3900

Safe Havens

Ms. Sabadosa of Northampton moves to amend the bill in item 5046-2000, by adding the following:- "provided further, that not less than $3,500,000 shall be expended on the expansion of low threshold, safe haven housing for men and women with mental health conditions who have been chronically homeless across the five DMH service areas in the Commonwealth;" and in said item by striking out the figure "$24,624,244" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$28,124,244".
