Mr. Williams of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, by adding a new line item (XXXX-XXXX) “For loans to be issued by certified community development corporations, established United States Treasury-certified community development financial institutions, United States Small Business Administration microlenders and United States Department of Agriculture microlenders, and other small business lenders making direct microenterprise and small business loans to borrowers, to Black, Latino, Indigenous and historically underserved small businesses and provided further that $5,000,000 shall be provided to certified community development corporations, established United States Treasury-certified community development financial institutions, United States Small Business Administration microlenders and United States Department of Agriculture microlenders, and other small business lenders for administrative support..................$25,000,000"
