Representatives Muratore of Plymouth and LaNatra of Kingston move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, in line 29, by inserting after “syndrome” the following: “and provided further, that not less than $20,000 be allocated to To the Moon and Back for services and programs to support for families and their children born opiate-dependent with Neonatal abstinence syndrome (NAS); and in said item by striking out the figures “$208,154,157” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$208,174,157”.
