Funding for Improved Means of Escape From the Rehoboth Town Hall

Mr. Howitt of Seekonk moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting after the words “municipal improvements” the following:- “provided further that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the town of Rehoboth for constructing a second means of egress from the top floor of the Rehoboth Town Hall so that employees can safely exit in the event of an emergency.”
