Ms. Keefe of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following: "provided further, that no less than $175,000 shall be expended for CENTRO Inc. in Worcester to provide gap funding for the operation of their Minority Economic Empowerment and Home Ownership Center.
