Ms. Scarsdale of Pepperell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, in line 1, by inserting after "municipal improvements" the following: "provided that not less than $41,000 shall be expended for repairs to the historic Town Clock in the Town of Ashby;"
