PFAS mitigation in the Town of Dudley

Mr. Durant of Spencer moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding after the words “municipal improvements” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $127,000 shall be expended for waterline design and engineering services to mitigate pfas contamination on Eagle Dr. in the town of Dudley”.
